South Portland Food Cupboard Director Sybil Riemensnider completes the ribbon cutting at an open house on Sunday, May 4, celebrating the pantry’s move to 130 Thadeus St. A large crowd attended, including volunteers, business owners, donors and others who have supported the effort for the past 18 years. The all-volunteer organization has grown from sharing food with 96 clients per month in 1997 to 677 per month.
