3/28 at 1:45 a.m. Aline Ximenes, 27, of Scarborough, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Jeff Levesque on a charge of operating under the influence. 

3/28 at 4:36 p.m. Gretchen Walker, 39, was arrested on Boysenberry Drive by Officer David Stailing on a charge of domestic violence assault.

3/28 at 11:54 p.m. Michael Ward, 26, was arrested on warrant for failure to appear by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating after suspension on Broadway.

3/29 at 12:51 a.m. Brandon Gushee, of Warren, was arrested on Maine Mall Road by Officer Steven Connors on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

3/28 at 2:15 a.m. Police were called to a residence on Devereaux Circle for a report of a loud party. Police observed several individuals believed to be under the age of 21, with alcohol both outside and inside the residence. Two of the homeowners, Casey Ginn, 20, and Judge Mitchell, 19, were summonsed on charges of furnishing liquor to minors. 

No joke, it’s an inside job

4/1 at 4:13 a.m. Police were called to a Running Hill Road business, where managers reportedly caught an employee taking DVDs by removing them from their packaging and concealing them. The employee, who police say admitted to prior thefts at the store, reportedly damaged the merchandise. Kevin Price, 39, of Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed on a charge of criminal mischief.

4/2 at 11:22 a.m. Police were called to the Maine Mall parking lot for a report of an intoxicated man on a bus. Michael Hood, 48, a transient, was arrested for criminal trespass.
