BRUNSWICK — Shakespeare on the Mall returns this summer, offering free live theater in the center of town.

Building on the success of last summer’s “The Tempest,” director Al Miller of the Theater Project said he hopes to draw more people this year with performances of “Romeo and Juliet.”

Performances open Friday, July 10, at 6 p.m., and run Friday, Saturday and Sunday for two weekends at the gazebo on the Brunswick Mall.

Audience members are asked to bring their own seats, and food and drink is permitted.
