    3/3 at 3:18 p.m. Joshua Glen Lundgren, 20, of 39 Shobe Ave., was arrested on Federal Street on a warrant.

    3/3 at 7:48 p.m. Duane S. Toothaker, 39, of 334 Maquoit Road, was arrested on Maquoit Road on a charge of probation hold.

    3/4 at 10 a.m. Michele A. Curry, 26, of 89 Court St., was arrested on Elm Street on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked and a warrant.

    3/4 at 5:30 p.m. Mary Elise Robichaud, 40, of Meadow Way, was arrested by Officer Rory Diffin at Cumberland Farms on a charge of operating after habitual offender revocation, two prior operating under the influence charges.

    3/4 at 8:23 p.m. John Chambers, 18, of South Portland, was summonsed by Sgt. Andy Steindl on Shore Road on a charge of possession of marijuana.

    3/4 at 11:35 a.m. Harry Skillings, Jr., 58, of Long Island, was arrested by Officer Robert P. Moore at Holmes Road and Bridges Drive on a warrant.

    3/4 at 6:37 p.m. Kelvin Perez, 32, of Standish, was arrested by Officer Timothy Dalton on New and Running Hill roads on a charge of operating under the influence.

    3/5 at 4:05 a.m. Thomas I. Walker, 32, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Eric L. Lippincott on Route 1 on a charge of violating protective order.

    2/27 at 12:34 a.m. Brian York, 19, was arrested on Sawyer Street by Officer Shane Stephenson on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and violation of bail conditions.

    2/27 at 1:26 a.m. Bryan Conley, 22, was arrested on Sawyer Street by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of violation of conditional release.

    2/27 at 2:50 a.m. Sarah Coulston, 27, of Scarborough, was arrested on Preble Street by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating under the influence.

    2/27 at 10:57 p.m. Amber R. Orman, 21, of Holbrook Street, was arrested by Officer Brandon Paxton, on charges of operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, failure to produce evidence of vehicle insurance and failure to yield the right of way.
