SOUTH PORTLAND — Scott B. Saucier, 44, died unexpectedly at his home on Feb. 14.

He was born in Portland, the son of Dennis Saucier of Scarborough and Raeanne Bayani of Gorham. He attended South Portland High School and graduated in 1986.

Saucier owned and operated S.O.S. Drywall in Portland for more than 20 years. He was an avid golfer and member at Riverside Golf Course in Portland where he considered the members more like family. In his younger years he enjoyed rollerskating and paintball. The most important thing in his life was his children. He was always at their sporting events and pushed them to further their education.

He was predeceased by his father, Dennis Lowell Saucier, and his brother, Chad Allen Saucier.

Saucier is survived by his wife of 19 years, Stacie McDonald Saucier; his children, Brandon Scott Saucier and Chelsea-Nycole P. Saucier; his mother, Raeanne Bayani Mead of Colorado; sister, Darcy Saucier; and many extended family members and friends.

A memorial Mass was held Feb. 18 at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church in Scarborough. Interment will be held at a later date.
