FALMOUTH — Students in Jennifer Merrifield’s fourth-grade class at Plummer-Motz School recently entered the America’s Greenest School contest with a video depicting ways the district’s schools can be greener.
Out of hundreds of entries, the video was chosen as one of 10 finalists.
Now, the students need people to vote for their entry, which will appear on the organization’s Web site, www.americasgreenestschool.com, starting Monday, March 22. The class that receives the most votes will win a $150,000 hybrid bus for their district.
Anyone can vote for the class video, which will be on the site for 12 days. The winner will be announced April 21.
