Sunny and warm weather on Jan. 16 made the Scarborough Winterfest seem more like Late Springfest, but it brought out a lot of people for events centered around the town skating rink and athletic fields. A highlight were the dog sled rides, led by Stephen Madera, a registered Maine guide from Abbott.
