Scarborough senior Sam Rusak, joined by teammates and family, signs his National Letter of Intent Wednesday to attend and compete in track and field at the University of Connecticut. Rusak, Scarborough’s 2016 Spring Male Athlete of the Year after winning Class A state titles in the high jump, pole vault, 110 hurdles and 200, is also Maine’s reigning Gatorade Outdoor Track and Field Athlete of the Year.
