9.20 at 6:33 a.m. Shawn Lang, 24, of South Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked and violating bail conditions.

9/20 at 1:52 p.m. Monika Youells, 35, of Running Tide Drive, Scarborough, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of operating under the influence.

9/20 at 9:08 p.m. Donald Haynes, 45, of Milliken Road, Scarborough, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Brian Nappi on a charge of aggravated assault.

9/22 at 7:36 a.m. Elayna Zachko, 30, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Holmes Road by Detective Ronald Nelsen on a warrant for another agency.

9/23 at 10:46 a.m. Randy Monroe, 48, of Saco, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Michael Beeler on a warrant for another agency.

9/24 at 1:24 a.m. Chadwick Lodge, 23, of Buxton, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Melissa Savage on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/24 at 12:04 p.m. Wayne Hicks, 47, of Dunstan Landing Road, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Michael Beeler on a warrant for another agency.

9/25 at 9:50 a.m. Matthew Rogers, 33, of Route 1, Scarborough, was arrested on I-295 Spur by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked and displaying fictitious vehicle inspection certificate.

9/25 at 11:32 a.m. Neal Booth, 52, of Biddeford, was arrested on Spurwink Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a warrant for another agency.

9/26 at 11:36 a.m. Michael Peters, 36, of Pleasant Avenue, Scarborough, was arrested on Pleasant Avenue by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of domestic violence assault.

9/26 at 8:13 p.m. Jonathan Moschetti, 23, of Windham, was arrested on West Beech Ridge Road by Officer Melissa Savage on a warrant for another agency.

Summonses

9/23 at 1:47 a.m. Samuel Searle, 18, of Kennebunk, and Javere Shaw, 20, of South Portland, were both issued summonses on Southborough Drive by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of possession of marijuana and the sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

9/26 at 11:28 a.m. Robert Conley, 53, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Holmes Road by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked and failing to produce evidence of vehicle insurance.

9/26 at 3:31 p.m. Tammy Bernard, 41, of Saco, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.
