9/15 at 11:42 a.m. Catherine E. Geren, 24, of Gorham, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

9/17 at 2:22 a.m. Matthew R. Fournier, 33, of Biddeford, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Willowdale Road by Officer Melissa DiClemente on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/17 at 2:59 a.m. Anthony D. Lacomb, 28, of Scarborough, was arrested on Ash Swamp Road and Broadturn Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of operating under the influence, unlawful possession of oxycodone and being a fugitive from justice.

9/17 at 11:48 a.m. Zachary A. Constiner, 29, of Scarborough, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Mary Pearson on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
