9/14 at 5:09 p.m. Tiffany M. Hollen, 27, of Mill Brook Road, Gray, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release. 

9/15 at 1:32 a.m. Owen S. Kozlovich, 50, of Portland Road, Saco, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Queens Drive by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating under the influence. 

9/15 at 9:42 a.m. Bret W. Gullifer, 55, of Pine Point Road, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Sgt. Thomas Chard on a charge of violating conditions of release. 

9/15 at 4:07 p.m. Bryan C. Palmer, 40, of High Street, South Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release. 

9/15 at 10:52 p.m. Thanh C. Le, 43, of Roosevelt Trail, Windham, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Pleasant Hill Road by Sgt. Timothy Barker on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

9/17 at 11:07 a.m. Robyn J. Daoust, 52, of Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of operating under the influence. 

9/18 at 11:25 p.m. Raymond Ferland, 36, of Washington Avenue, Saco, was arrested at Pine Point Road and Holly Street by Officer Melissa DiClemente on outstanding warrants from other agencies. 

9/18 at 11:25 p.m. Tommy C. Hart, 42, of Biddeford, was arrested at Pine Point Road and Holly Street by Officer Melissa DiClemente on a charge of violating conditions of release.
