9/12 at 5:12 p.m. Cynthia M. Kunkel, 60, of Thomas Drive, Scarborough, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on outstanding warrants from outside agencies, and charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, illegal attachment of license plates, operating an unregistered vehicle for 150 days or more and violating conditions of release.

9/18 at 12:17 p.m. Marc L. Williams, 46, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Travis Hon on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 


9/12 at 5:06 a.m. Rodrigo R. Faria, 39, of Gorham Road, was issued a summons on Beech Ridge Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of possession of marijuana. 

9/12 at 7:10 p.m. A 14-year-old male, of Scarborough, was issued a summons on Phillip Street by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of domestic violence assault.
