9/12 at 12:48 p.m. Christopher J. Dyer, 35, of Lake House Road, was arrested on Payne Road by officer Melissa DiClemente on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/14 at 1:26 a.m. Derek Andrew Erickson, 24, of Portland Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Route 1 by Sgt. Mary Pearson on charges of operating under the influence and speeding more than 30 mph over the limit.

9/14 at 10:28 p.m. Daniel William Nason, 40, of Lafayette Street, Yarmouth, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Sawyer Road by Officer Cody Lounder on charges of operating under the influence and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

9/15 at 7:09 a.m. Neal S. Roberts, 21, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Joshua Guay on a warrant and charges of disorderly conduct and assault.

9/15 at 7:09 p.m. Timothy Leigh Sanborn, 22, of Woodfield Drive, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Joshua Guay on charges of disorderly conduct and violation of probation or parole.
