9/8 at 1:44 p.m. Celia K. Tuttle, 27, of Marriner Street, South Portland, was arrested on Black Point Road by Officer Peter Nappi on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

9/9 at 2:18 p.m. Altana M. Orlando, 19, of Park Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of violating conditions of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

9/9 at 2:18 p.m. Tearia E. Evans, 24, of Kingsborough 4th Walk, Brooklyn, New York, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

9/9 at 2:18 p.m. Trayshawn Alexander, 22, of Stuyvesant Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, being a fugitive from justice for crime committed in other state, and criminal forfeiture of property. 

9/9 at 9:24 p.m. Trevin A. Magee-Fullam, 34, of Broadturn Road, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

9/11 at 7 p.m. Matthew A. Prejean, 28, of May Street, Biddeford, was arrested at Two Rod and Holmes roads by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of violating protective order and violating conditions of release.

9/12 at 3:41 a.m. Jacob M. Dullnig, 22, of Charles Street, Randolph, Massachusetts, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Officer Douglas Weed on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

9/13 at 1:54 p.m. Johnny Riley, 30, of Kurtz Avenue, York, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Benjamin Landry on charges of misuse of identification, aggravated forgery and theft by unauthorized taking. 

9/13 at 1:54 p.m. Nicholas Harmon, 34, of East 3rd Avenue, Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Benjamin Landry on charges of aggravated forgery, theft by unauthorized taking and misuse of identification.

9/8 at 2:33 p.m. Bethany M. Akerberg, 31, of Parsonsfield, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

9/8 at 4:45 p.m. Bethany J. Beote, 27, of Savoy Street, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
