9/5 at 5:14 p.m. Gina M. Clark, 36, of Manchester Road, Standish, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, violating conditions of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and possession or transfer of theft devices. 

9/6 at 12:25 p.m. Christopher D. Griffiths, 48, of Congress Street, Portland, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating under the influence. 

9/6 at 2:18 p.m. Michael R. A. Hartenstine, 38, of Island Avenue, Sanford, was arrested at County Road and Sawmill Lane by Officer Breagh Gomez on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

9/9 at 11:46 p.m. Christian Hirschmeier, 36, of Smithwheel Road, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Antonio Delvecchio on a charge of operating under the influence. 

9/10 at 9:09 p.m. Taryn L. Godin, 25, of Flaggy Meadow Road, Gorham, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Antonio Delvecchio on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

Summonses

9/5 at 11:22 a.m. Kelly Lamour, 26, of Washington Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons at Dresser Road and Nottingham Drive by Officer Glenn Tucker on charges of operating an unregistered vehicle for 150 days or more, displaying fictitious vehicle inspection certification and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

9/5 at 8:35 p.m. William G. Sampson, 44, of Gorham Road, was issued a summons at Route 1 and Black Point Road by Officer Holly Thompson on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

9/5 at 11:28 p.m. Andrew T. Briggs, 20, of Briarwood Lane, Gorham, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of possession of marijuana. 

9/5 at 11:28 p.m. Riley J. Jensen, 19, of Bayberry Lane, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of possession of marijuana. 

9/7 at 9:17 p.m. A 16-year-old male, of Portland, was issued a summons at U.S. Route 1 and Millbrook Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of illegally transporting drugs. 

9/8 at 10:59 a.m. Edward Williams, 53, of Elmwood Road, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons at Gorham Road and Oak Hill Terrace by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle for 150 days or more. 

9/9 at 11:57 a.m.Jesse M. Robbins, 28, of Spring Street, was issued a summons at Gorham Road and Hannaford Drive by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of operating an unregistered vehicle for 150 days or more. 

9/9 at 9:57 p.m. Patricia Gorman, 74, of Black Point Road, was issued a summons on Black Point Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

9/10 at 2:28 a.m. Timothy W. Richards, 53, of Broadway, South Portland, was issued a summons on Pine Point Road by Officer Timothy Barker on a charge of possession of marijuana.
