9/6 at 9:31 a.m. Jay R. Boucher, 30, of Main Street, Biddeford, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating while a license was suspended/revoked.

9/7 at 11:58 a.m. Tyler G. Esposito, 19, of Wermuth Road, South Portland, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Ian Theriault on a warrant.

9/7 at 12:02 p.m. Michael R. Nichols Jr., 21, of Mosher Street, South Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of domestic-violence assault and refusing by physical force to submit to arrest or detention.

9/10 at 12:12 p.m. Douglas Welcome, 31, of Corliss Street, Bath, was arrested by Officer Brian Nappi on Interstate 295 on a charge of criminal speeding.

9/10 at 7:03 p.m. Jamie Parker, 28, of Swamp Road, Bridgton, was arrested by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on Gallery Boulevard on a charge theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Summonses

9/5 at 1:32 p.m. Zackary T. Pearson, 23, of Windham, was issued a summons on Oakdale Drive by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

9/7 at 12:02 p.m. A 17-year-old South Portland girl was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of domestic-violence assault, disorderly conduct and refusing by physical force to submit to arrest or detention.

9/8 at 8:14 a.m. Zachary T. Kern, 23, of Old Portland Road, Waterboro, was issued a summons on Holmes Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of possession of marijuana.

9/8 at 9:10 a.m. Katherine E. Brown, 24, of Milliken Road, was issued a summons on County Road by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

9/8 at 5:14 p.m. Tamara Grover, 52, of Coachlantern Lane East, was issued a summons on Coachlantern Lane East by Officer Eric Lippincott on a charge of assault.

Dunkin’ Thievery

9/8 at 9:10 a.m. A manager at the Dunkin’ Donuts on County Road reported money missing from the cash drawer at the business. When officers arrived, the manager reportedly said she suspected an employee, Katherine E. Brown, 24, of Milliken Road, had stolen an amount between $500 and $1,000. After a review of evidence, officers summonsed Brown on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
