9/2 at 12:06 a.m. Shane M. Saleme, 28, of Spring Street, Westbrook, was arrested at Gorham and Beech Ridge roads by Officer Joshua Guay on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/3 at 7:33 p.m. Laurie A. Bertrand, 48, of North Road, Porter, was arrested on Hannaford Drive by Officer Cody Lounder on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

9/7 at 11:03 p.m. Clement E. Bolduc, 42, of Saco Street, was arrested on Saco Street by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of criminal mischief.

9/7 at 5:28 p.m. Andrew S. Copeland, 47, of Spring Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Cody Lounder on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/4 at 6:27 a.m. Joshua W. Amell, 22, of Green Street, Gorham, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of possession of marijuana.

9/4 at 3:25 p.m. Edward P. Long, 29, of Foreside Road, Cumberland, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.

9/6 at 9:01 p.m. Carl J. Zammuto, 28, of Shawmut Street, Lewiston, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Joshua Guay on a charge of operating or allowing operation with a suspended registration.

Midnight rider

9/3 at 1:40 a.m. Police encountered a male riding a bicycle and carrying a bag of clothes near Holmes Road and Carter Brook Drive, an area where several burglaries have been reported. Police took a pipe, rolling papers and pipe cleaners from the man but did not charge him.

Out on the town

9/5 at 11 p.m. Police were called to Pizza Time on U.S. Route 1 after a  belligerent male customer was unable to pay his tab and had broken a pool cue over his knee. After he promised to come back the next day and pay $59, he was taken to a nearby motel where he is living.

Role model

9/7 at 7:45 p.m. Staff at Walmart noticing a child riding a bicycle inside the store determined he was with a man believed to have shoplifted in the past. The two left before police arrived to issue a trespass order against the man.
