Arrests

9/1 at 2:50 p.m. Timothy M. Libby, 29, of Dawson Street, South Portland, was arrested at Highland Avenue and Pleasant Hill Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/3 at 4:35 a.m. Gedeon B. Semuhoza, 24, of Pearl Street, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Timothy Barker on charges of aggravated assault, domestic violence assault, violation of probation or parole and criminal mischief.

9/6 at 6:13 a.m. Michelle Y. Palmer, 35, of Herbert Drive, was arrested at Sawyer and Gorham roads by Officer Melissa DiClemente on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/6 at 4:40 p.m. Joseph E. Bogolawski Jr., 44, of Crystal Lane, was arrested on Crystal Lane by Officer Travis Hon on charges of burglary, criminal mischief and assault.

Summonses

9/1 at 10:59 a.m. Rachel L. Healy, 34, of Pine Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Ferry Road by Reserve Officer Matthew Dahms on a charge of failure to register a vehicle.

9/1 at 7:41 p.m. Scott A. Applebee, 50, of Plover Lane, was issued a summons at Black Point and Winnows Neck roads by Officer John Gill on charges of operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

9/3 at 9:48 p.m. Travis L. Booker, 34, of State Street, Biddeford, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

9/4 at 4:50 p.m. Cesalee K. Cummings, 26, of Serenity Lane, Harrison, was issued a summons at Beech Ridge and Holmes roads by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating without a license.

Bagel burglar

9/10 at 3:45 a.m. Police approached a man coming out from behind a business on U.S. Route 1, and after investigation confirmed he had burglarized Mr. Bagel and Roy’s Shoe Shop. Ernest Paterno, 44, of Portland, was arrested on two charges of burglary, and police returned the stolen items to the businesses.
