8/31 at 7:44 p.m. Jenny Santos, 21, of High Street, Biddeford, was arrested by Officer Eric Lippincott on a warrant.

9/2 at 11:31 p.m. Brandon Shelzi,  19, of Gorham Road, Scarborough, was arrested by Sergeant Mary Pearson and charged with refusing to submit to arrest/detention, domestic violence terrorizing and criminal mischief.

9/3 at 9:36 a.m. Nicholas Morrow, 21, of Garnet Drive, Scarborough, was arrested by Officer Glenn Tucker and charged with domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening and criminal mischief.

Summonses

8/31 at 2:14 p.m. Vanessa Leavitt, 32, of Spring Road, Saco, was issued a summons by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of failure to register vehicle.

8/31 at 8:54 p.m. Joseph Kaper, 39, of Two Rod Road, Scarborough, was issued a summons by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of operating when license is suspended/revoked.

9/2 at 6:58 a.m. Michael Lane Jr., 20, of Stanford Street, South Portland, was issued a summons by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating when license is suspended/revoked.

Dealing

8/31 at 2:45 p.m. A woman notified police that two men in a white Toyota Prius approached her in the Wal-Mart parking lot at the Scarborough Gallery and asked her if she wanted to buy some marijuana. Officers searched area parking lots but were unable to find the vehicle.

Sealing

9/3 at 1:38 p.m. A Cranberry Pines resident reported a man in a dark blue Volkswagen Jetta was driving door-to-door, offering free quotes for driveway sealing. A permit from the town is needed to sell services door-to-door. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

Stealing

9/3 at 11:01 p.m. While after-hours employees were in back on break at Sam’s Club, two men pried open the front door and entered, setting off the alarm. They stole four Sony LCD TVs, two Visio TVs and one video camera. The store’s surveillance system captured clear video of the men and the parking lot camera got the plate number of the truck. Police say they have identified two possible suspects in the case.
