Arrests

9/26 at 4:17 a.m. Kevin L. Klodzinski, 39, of Hearn Road, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Donald Laflin on an outstanding local warrant. 

9/29 at 2:13 a.m. Gary J. Boucher, 44, of Indiana Avenue, Bangor, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Hannaford Drive by Officer Melissa DiClemente on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

Summonses

9/26 at 11 a.m. Denis A. Saucier, 32, of East Grand Avenue, was issued a summons on Beech Ridge Road by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of possession of marijuana. 

9/26 at 6:26 p.m. Kenneth P. Burkett, 33, of Gorham Road, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

9/27 at 8:47 p.m. A 15-year-old female, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

9/30 at 11:25 p.m. Michael Petcher, 51, of Wescott Circle, Buxton, was issued a summons on County Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating under the influence.
