10/14 at 2:14 p.m. Lisa M. Witham, 34, of Running Hill Road, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Joshua Guay on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/15 at 4:09 p.m. Nicole L. Martin, 33, of Brighton Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, driving to endanger and violating conditions of release.

10/20 at 11:07 p.m. Melanie R. Dobbs, 25, of Broadturn Road, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Michael Beeler on charges of operating under the influence, domestic violence assault, operating without a license and operating with an expired temporary registration.

Summonses

10/15 at 1:59 p.m. Marci L. Parker, 41, of Manchester Road, Steep Falls, was issued a summons at Running Hill and New roads by Sgt. Timothy Barker on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

10/15 at 10:50 p.m. Danielle C. Payeur, 28, of Carter Farm Road, Saco, was issued a summons by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating or allowing operation with a suspended registration.

10/16 at 1:01 p.m. Jason Eldred, 18, of Twilight Drive, was issued a summons on Twilight Drive by Officer Cody Lounder on a charge of criminal mischief.

10/17 at 2:10 p.m. Kimberly K. Alberts, 21, of Broadturn Road, was issued a summons at U.S. Route 1 and Westwood Avenue by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

10/19 at 7:09 p.m. Jeffrey S. Harrington, 56, of Washington Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons at U.S. Route 1 and Old Blue Point Road by Officer Ben Landry on charges of possession on marijuana and sales and use of drug paraphernalia.

10/20 at 5:55 p.m. Bryan Bixby, 27, of Clay Street, Manchester, N.H., was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Melissa DiClemente on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

Dial-a-dope

10/15 at 2:22 p.m. Police discovered 16 marijuana plants, a trash bag filled with marijuana leaves and a cell phone behind an unoccupied house on Sawyer Road. While investigating, were approached by a male suspect looking to retrieve the phone. He has not yet been charged.

On the road again

10/16 at 5:39 p.m. A male and female seen walking on Payne Road and alleged to have destroyed a campaign sign at Spring Street and Payne Road told police they needed a ride back to Maryland.
