10/9 at 11:25 p.m. Mark R. Davis II, 22, of Dyers Cove Road, Harpswell, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Mary Pearson on charges of failure to report an accident and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
10/10 at 12:53 p.m. Damian R. Disorbo, 41, of Congress Street, Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of operating under the influence.
