10/6 at 9:34 p.m. Gabriel D. Shaw, 31, of Broadway, South Portland, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of operating under the influence. 

10/9 at 12:41 a.m. Randal S. Townshend, 25, of George Street, Biddeford, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Antonio Delvecchio on a charge of operating under the influence.

10/9 at 3:01 p.m. Michael Ogon, 23, of Ezekiel Way, was arrested on Ezekiel Way by Officer Travis Hon on charges of assault and reckless conduct.

10/4 at 9:56 a.m. Autumn R. Jacek, 25, of Huntley Drive, was issued a summons on Hannaford Drive by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. 

10/4 at 9:23 p.m. Evan T. Clark, 23, of Ocean Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons at Broadturn and County roads by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of driving to endanger. 

10/7 at 3:06 p.m. Aviv M. Rubinstein, 30, of Kingswell Avenue, Los Angeles, California, was issued a summons at U.S. Route 1 and Southgate Road by Officer Glenn Tucker on a charge of unlawful removal of political signs.
