10/1 at 10:26 a.m. Nicholas K. Liston 20, of Sawyer Street, Portland, was arrested at Route 1 and Scarborough Downs Road by Officer Melissa DiClemente on three outstanding warrants from other agencies.

10/1 at 8:33 p.m. Arthur C. Follis, 45, of Mary Jane Road, Buxton, was arrested on Avenue 3 by Officer Donald Laflin on charges of harassment by telephone, violating conditions of release and refusing to submit to arrest.

10/4 at 6:38 p.m. Jason R. Leblanc, 33, of Buck Street, Gorham, was arrested on Payne Road by Detective Donald Blatchford on charges of violating conditions of release and theft by unauthorized taking.

10/6 at 4:12 p.m. Zachery Wildman, 37, of Main Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of theft by deception with at least two prior convictions.

10/7 at 1:29 a.m. Michael C. Guadagno Jr., 18, of Poland Road, Auburn, was arrested at Haigis Parkway and Scottow Hill Road by Officer Donald Laflin on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/3 at 11:23 p.m. Mollie M. Albert, 19, of Birkdale Circle, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

10/4 at 1 a.m. Andrew E. Fleury, 19, of Union Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of possession of marijuana, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and operating without a license.

10/5 at 1:58 a.m. Christopher G. Bickel, 19, of Avalon Terrace, Portland, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

10/5 at 6:44 p.m. Elizabeth J. Levesque, 49, of Martin Stream Road, Fairfield, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Sgt. Mary Pearson on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/6 at 10:19 p.m. Amanda M. Place, 24, of Hunts Point Road, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons at Black Point and Fogg roads by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of operating after suspension or revocation.

10/4 at 12:08 p.m. Police told a man walking in the middle of Route 1 near CPort Credit Union to use the sidewalk.

10/6 at 2:14 a.m. There were no signs of forced entry or burglary at a cottage on Jones Creek Drive although a door had been left wide open and a footprint was seen in the sand outside.
