Arrests

9/30 at 4:17 p.m. M.C. Tanguy Kibiri, 22, of White Birch Lane, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of criminal trespass.

10/1 at 4:59 p.m. Justin M. Schwenk, 24, of Brown Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Craig Hebert on charges of theft by unauthorized taking, operating with a suspended or revoked license, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and trafficking in prison contraband, and an outstanding warrant from another agency.

10/2 at 5:51 p.m. Liliana Kostina, 57, of Kala Lane, was arrested at Payne Road and Gallery Boulevard by Officer Austin Clark on a charge of operating under the influence. 

10/2 at 8:46 p.m. Courtney D. Abbott, 31, of Federal Road, Livermore, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Austin Clark on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release.

10/3 at 9:32 p.m. Adam J. Dupuis Jr., 21, of Bonny Eagle Road, Standish, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of theft by unauthorized taking.

10/4 at 3:43 p.m. Earl Moore, 45, of Broadturn Road, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

10/5 at 1:09 p.m. Randy Murhammer, 32, of Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of violating conditions of release and operation after habitual offender license revocation.

9/30 at 8:48 a.m. Marga B. Hanson, 34, of Mitchell Hill Road, was issued a summons at Holmes and Two Rod roads by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of operating without a license. 

10/3 at 1:56 a.m. Shain A. Sanborn, 23, of Douglas Hill Road, West Baldwin, was issued a summons at Highland Avenue and Black Point Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of possession of marijuana and violating conditions of release.

10/3 at 4:43 p.m. Wendy L. Fitzgerald, 36, of Hollis Center, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Brian McNeice on a charge of theft by deception.

10/5 at 9:08 p.m. Christopher D. Berry, 22, of Beech Ridge Road, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Austin Clark on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
