11/16 at 5:04 p.m. Ryan M. Patterson, 34, of East Dover Road, Dover Foxcroft, was arrested on Scarborough Downs Road by Officer Travis Hon on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

11/18 at 2:02 p.m. Shane T. B. McAlister, 28, no address listed, was arrested at Holmes Road and Lobos Lane by Officer Craig Hebert on charges of operating after habitual offender license revocation, theft by unauthorized taking, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, and failure to provide correct name, address and date of birth. 

11/19 at 9:20 a.m. Keith L Pettie, Jr., 26, of Seavey Street, Westbrook, was arrested at Payne and Cummings roads by Officer Andrew Flynn on outstanding warrants from other agencies. 

11/19 at 10:23 p.m. Dale E. Plummer, 43, of Staples Street, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and aggravated assault. 

11/21 at 6:26 p.m. Craig I. Hussey, 30, of Adam Street, Biddeford, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Foxcroft Drive by Officer Michael Sawyer on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
