11/14 at 11:22 a.m. Derek M. Smith, 26, of Rankin Road, Buxton, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, violating conditions of release and falsifying physical evidence.

11/15 at 1:21 a.m. Toni MacQuinn, 47, no address listed, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Aaron Erickson on a charge of operating under the influence.

11/15 at 7:08 p.m. Michael A. Doyle, 69, of Shady Lane, Falmouth, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Mary Pearson on a charge of criminal trespass.

11/16 at noon. Joshua R. Ashmore, 32 of Portland Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Brian Nappi on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

11/16 at 10:40 p.m. Christopher D. Bains, 42, of Clay Pits Road, was arrested on Clay Pits Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of domestic violence assault, unlawful sexual contact and obstructing the report of a crime.

11/17 at 10:35 a.m. Erica Kimball, 33, of Richardson Road, Limington, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Brian Nappi on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
