Officer Timothy Dalton identified the driver, Isabella A. Raggiani, 18, of Falmouth, and administered a sobriety test, which Raggiani allegedly failed. She was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and trafficking in dangerous knives after a blade was found in her possession. Officers later came to believe the knife, as well as other items found in the vehicle, were stolen from the suspected burglarized cars.
