Arrests

11/7 at 12:59 p.m. Audrey R. Webber, 19, of Gorham Road, was arrested at Hannaford and Plaza drives by Officer Sarah Fasulo on an outstanding local warrant and a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

11/8 at 1:06 a.m. Evan M. Brady, 20, of Cole Street, South Portland, was arrested on Foxcroft Drive by Officer Breagh Gomez on a charge of violating conditions of release. 

11/9 at 10:15 a.m. Rhianna M. Twomey, 23, of Harris Avenue, Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on outstanding warrants from other agencies, and charges of theft by unauthorized taking, violating conditions of release and refusing to submit to arrest or detention. 

11/11 at 7:30 p.m. Roger W. Hutchins, 74, of Milliken Road, was arrested at Payne Road and Haigis Parkway by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of operating under the influence. 

11/12 at 7:50 p.m. Jeffrey J. Coro, 56, of Portland Street, Portland, was arrested on Matthew Way by Officer Michael Thurlow on charges of domestic violence assault and obstructing the report of a crime.

11/7 at 2:53 p.m. Corey J. Nagle, 32, of Phillips Corner Road, Pittsfield, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

11/7 at 5:49 p.m. Colin S. Fergusson, 37, of Jefferson Road, Whitefield, was issued a summons on Pleasant Hill Road by Officer Antonio Delvecchio on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

11/9 at 12:41 p.m. Brian L. Higgins, 36, of Huston Road, Gorham, was issued a summons at Route 1 and Plaza Drive by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of possession of suspended or fictitious license. 

11/9 at 2:05 p.m. Frederick H. Wynn, 27, of York Avenue, Lewiston, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Michael Beeler on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and operating with a suspended registration. 

11/9 at 4:07 p.m. Ralph L. Barter, 65, of Tims Run, Gray, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Sarah Fasulo on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
