11/8 at 7:59 p.m. George J. Rodney, 44, of Albion Road, Windham, was arrested at Holmes and Two Road roads by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

11/4 at 11:32 a.m. Staff at Frederick Bros. Oil on U.S. Route 1 reported the theft of two 50-foot extension cords and three 100-foot extension cords valued at $350. Police said the cords did not have any distinguishing marks on them.

No place like home
11/9 at 2:17 a.m. A Vesper Street resident who got up to let her dog out discovered a woman asleep on her couch. The woman then left and was walking toward Higgins Beach when stopped by police. She said she lived nearby and had been drinking that night.
