10/31 at 6:13 p.m. Stephen M. Tracy, 37, of Cumberland Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Municipal Drive by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and violating conditions of release. 

11/1 at 10:42 p.m. Randy L. Williams, 60, of Rhonda Drive, was arrested on Rhonda Drive by Officer Holly Thompson on a charge of criminal threatening. 

11/2 at 10:26 p.m. Jackson A. King, 21, of Bunker Hill Terrace, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Holly Thompson on charges of violating conditions of release and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

11/5 at 3:53 a.m. Dianna L. Lewis, 51, of Westbrook Street, South Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Breagh Gomez on a charge of operating under the influence. 

11/5 at 11:11 p.m. Simon P. McQuinn, 21, of Woodmoor Road, South Portland, was arrested at Mussey Road and Postal Service Way by Officer Holly Thompson on charges of possession of marijuana and operating under the influence.
