5/2 at 12:27 a.m. Michael O. Okot, 29, of Anderson Street, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating under the influence. 

5/3 at 11:53 a.m. Kari N. Ellsworth, 27, of Dunnell Road, Buxton, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
