4/25 at 11:28 a.m. Ronald A. Mullins Jr., 42, of Meetinghouse Road, Wells, was arrested on Black Point Road by Officer Michael Beeler on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation and violating bail condition of release.

4/26 at 3:26 p.m. Michael F. Shone, 34, of Marion Street, Portland, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked, displaying a fictitious vehicle inspection certificate and violation of probation or parole.

4/26 at 8:57 p.m. Terri A. Hichborn, 32, of Pembroke Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of operating under the influence/refused test, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and refusing to sign a summons.

4/27 at 4:05 p.m. Stephen W. Jerome, 62, of Raymond Hill Road, Raymond, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/28 at 3:14 a.m. Jonathan LePage, 22, of Kinney Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Charles Circle by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and attaching false plates.

4/28 at 9:27 p.m. Megan A. McDougall, 51, of Gorham Road, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of criminal trespass.

4/28 at 2:25 p.m. Edward Watson, 53, of Sprague, Conn., was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Brian Nappi on a warrant.

4/29 at 9:45 a.m. Brenton L. Blais, 32, of Ross Road, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of aggravated forgery and theft by deception.

4/29 at 9:12 p.m. Justin R. Burby, 22, of Pleasant Hill Road, was arrested on Pleasant Hill Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of domestic violence assault and possession of marijuana.

4/29 at 11:05 p.m. Amy C. Stocks, 46, of Eastern Prom, Portland, was arrested on Sawyer Road by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of operating under the influence.

4/30 at 6:09 a.m. Christopher Gerry, 44, of Evergreen Drive, Gorham, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Robert Moore on a warrant.

4/25 at 12:15 p.m. Sath Lach, 46, of Brown Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

4/27 at 8:45 a.m. Eric J. Lamontagne, 26, of Holmes Road, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

4/28 at 2:15 p.m. Ryan C. Gillikin, 25, of Woodlawn Avenue, Portland, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Craig Hebert on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

4/29 at 9:45 a.m. Jennifer S. Wormell, 31, of Portland Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of aggravated forgery and theft by deception.

4/29 at 3:46 p.m. Iara Kaeser, 34, of Maturo Drive, Casco, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

5/1 at 1:50 p.m. Beth Warren, 48, of Old Orchard Street, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

Hit and run down

4/26 at 8:57 p.m. Officers responded to a caller on Route 1 who reported another car had hit the caller’s car at the Haigis Parkway intersection and taken off. The caller reportedly was following the car and provided police a description. Officers report they pulled over a green GMC Jimmy and attempted to administer a Breathalyzer test. The suspect allegedly was not doing the test properly and would not sign the summons. The driver, Terri Hichborn, 32, of Portland, was then arrested for refusing to take the Breathalyzer test, leaving the scene of an accident and refusing to sign a summons.

Big guns

4/27 at 2:08 p.m. Officers responded to a call from a homeowner on Grant Road reporting a burglary. Ammunition and 14 guns, all rifles and shotguns, as well as some tools were reported stolen. Officers investigated and located two suspects who returned the guns and tools, and are reportedly cooperating with police. Charges against the two suspects are pending.

Forgers foiled

4/29 at 9:45 a.m. Officers responded to a call from an off-duty deputy sheriff at Dunkin’ Donuts who reported recognizing a vehicle police had recently sent out a report about in connection with a series of forged $20 bills. When officers arrived, they searched the vehicle and allegedly located a number of forged $20. Brenton Blais, 32, of Old Orchard Beach was arrested, and Jennifer Wormell, 31, of Old Orchard Beach, was summonsed, both on charges of aggravated forgery and theft by deception. Police report the couple used the bills at Walmart and Dairy Corner, as well as at Dunkin’ Donuts.
