5/19 at 9:40 p.m. Carrie L. Greenleaf, 42, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on Black Point Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of criminal mischief and operating under the influence.

5/20 at 4:27 p.m. David C. Vanboskirk, 51, of Prescott Street, Lewiston, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Thomas Chard on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/20 at 6:04 p.m. Earl Moore, 45, of Broadturn Road, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Glenn Tucker on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

5/22 at 7:11 p.m. Francis R. Calaguiro, 55, of West Grand Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at Haigis Parkway and U.S. Route 1 by Sgt. Mary Pearson on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/23 at 10:22 p.m. Robert N. Farley Jr., 45, of No Name Pond Road, Lewiston, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/23 at 10:22 p.m. Michael R. Hubert, 56, of Washington Avenue, Saco, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of violating conditions of release.

5/24 at 1 p.m. Shane R. Seavey, 33, of Houlton Road, Baileyville, was arrested on Cabela Boulevard by Officer Joshua Guay on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and possession or transfer of theft devices.

5/24 at 1 p.m. Sean M. MacArthur, 26, no address listed, was arrested on Cabela Boulevard by Officer Joshua Guay on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

5/25 at 5:41 p.m. Roy C. Payne Jr., 24, of Eider Lane, Shapleigh, was arrested at Holmes Road and Delia Way by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and failure to give correct name address or date of birth.

5/19 at 5:53 p.m. Anthony Marcisso, 28, of Lamb Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of possession of marijuana.

5/21 at 10:06 a.m. Keith Cole, 35, of Bodge Street, South Portland, was issued a summons at Broadturn and County roads by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

5/21 at 11:29 a.m. Emily E. Adams, 28, of Cole Street, South Portland, was issued a summons at Holmes Road and Grapevine Lane by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

5/22 at 5:39 p.m. Casey P. Faley, 23, of Evergreen Lane, Windham, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

5/23 at 5 p.m. John A. Belyea, 37, of High Street, Kennebunk, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.

5/23 at 7:24 p.m. Daniel N. Gardner, 18, of Woodview Drive, was issued a summons on Hannaford Drive by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.

5/25 at 4:27 p.m. Michael E. Couture, 20, of Hills Beach Road, Biddeford, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Joshua Guay on a charge of possession of marijuana.

5/25 at 6:44 p.m. Leanne Snyder, 22, of Eleanor Street, Portland, was issued a summons at Holmes and Two Rod roads by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Grand thefts in auto

5/24 at 1 p.m. Police arrested Shane R. Seavey, 33, of Baileyville, and Sean M. MacArthur, 26, whose address was not listed, at Cabela’s on theft charges. Seavey was allegedly carrying a tool for removing the security webbing from merchandise. A search of the suspects’ vehicle turned up dozens of electronics and a ledger detailing what was stolen from other stores, as well as drugs and paraphernalia, police said. The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges are expected.
