5/11 at 6:32 p.m. Vito Lavopa, 45, of Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a warrant for another agency.
5/11 at 8:22 p.m. Kristopher Ryan Carson, 28, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Pinoak Drive by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of violating a protective order and violating bail conditions of release.
5/11 at 11:57 p.m. Christopher Giordano, 32, of Bethel, was arrested by Officer Melissa Savage on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating bail conditions of release.
5/13 12:52 a.m. James Chase, 44, of Westbrook, was arrested on Pine Point Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a warrant for another agency.
5/15 at 10:04 p.m. Jamey Dyer, 19, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating with a suspended registration, operating after a license was suspended or revoked, and a warrant for another agency.
5/16 at 2:44 a.m. Robert Coombs, 43, of Cape Elizabeth, was arrested on Fairway Drive by Officer Timothy Barker on a charge of criminal trespass into a residence.
5/12 at 2:18 p.m. Robert Mushero, 43, of Gorham, was summonsed on Ash Swamp Road by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of passing a stopped school bus.
5/12 at 10:55 p.m. John Morin, 39, of Saco, was summonsed on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating after a license was suspended or revoked.
5/13 at 7:14 a.m. Alfred Joyce, 55, of Bond Brook Drive, was summonsed on Holmes Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating after a license was suspended or revoked.
5/14 at 1:49 p.m. Patricia Braddock, 66, of Portland, was summonsed at Wal-Mart by Officer Michael Beller on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
5/15 at 8:38 p.m. Fahmida Akter, 21, of Saco, was summonsed on Ash Swamp Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating after a license was suspended or revoked.
Second arrest for man at Wal-Mart
5/11 at 11:57 p.m. An emergency medical team responded to a call from Wal-Mart reporting an unresponsive male in the restroom. The man was reportedly transported to the hospital and treated for drugs. Police allegedly found Fentanyl patches, a strong pain treatment, in the man’s left shoe. Christopher Giordano, 32, of Bethel, was arrested on charges of possession and violating bail conditions. Giordano was also arrested on 5/5 at 8:40 p.m. at Wal-Mart on a charge of violating bail conditions.
5/14 at 1:49 p.m. Wal-Mart employees called to report a theft of four 75-foot rolls of speaker wire valued at $60. The alleged thief was last seen leaving the scene on a scooter. Police reportedly caught up with Patricia Braddock, 66, of Portland, riding her scooter by the Maine Mall with a bag of speaker wire hanging from the handlebars. She was summonsed on a charge of theft.
5/16 at 2:38 a.m. Police responded to Dunkin Donuts after a doughnut delivery person called to report a burglary. The delivery person reportedly found the door open upon arrival and the store was supposed to be closed. The only item reported missing was the hard drive from the surveillance system. All the cash had reportedly been locked up for the night and was accounted for.
