4/23 at 2 p.m. James R. Joys, 50, of Kenneth Road, South Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Mary Pearson on a charge of failing to give information to an officer and operating under the influence (refused test).

4/27 at 11:02 a.m. Charles A. Randall, 47, of Scabbard Road, was arrested on Black Point Road by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating bail conditions of release.

4/28 at 9:09 a.m. Gage H. Toohey, 18, of Oceanview Road, was arrested on Two Rod Road by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft by unauthorized use of property.

4/28 at 6:53 p.m. Patricia E. Isgro, 54, of Route 1, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Robert Moore on a charge of operating under the influence. 

4/29 at 1:45 a.m. Micah J. Ross, 24, of Deering Road, Gorham, was arrested on County Road by Officer Donald Laflin on charges of operating under the influence, possession of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

4/25 at 7:04 p.m. A 16-year-old Portland boy was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Ian Theriault on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and possession of tobacco products by a minor.

4/26 at 2:23 p.m. Steven A. Ploetz, 24, of Lincoln Street, Brunswick, was issued a summons on Cabela Boulevard by Officer Douglas Weed on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

4/26 at 2:46 p.m. Caleb D. Lussier, 22, of Fort Hill Road, Standish, was issued a summons on Gorham Road by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of failure to register vehicle.

4/26 at 3:23 p.m. Cassandra D. Shangold, 59, of Starboard Drive, Cape Elizabeth, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

4/26 at 11:10 p.m. Everett E. Reed Jr., 54, of River Road, Hollis, and Nicholas J. Sichra, 22, of Liberty Lane, South Portland, were issued summonses on Interstate 295 by Officer Thomas Chard on charges of criminal speeding. 

4/27 at 7:13 a.m. Alexis M. Polak, 22, of Frances Street, Portland, was issued a summons on County Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating without a license.

4/27 at 7:44 a.m. Stephen P. Walsh, 40, of Emery Street, Portland, was issued a summons on County Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating with a suspended/revoked license.

4/29 at 1:06 p.m. Nathan V. Newton, 21, of State Street, Biddeford, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of possession of marijuana. 

4/29 at 1:06 p.m. Louis A. Cosnotti III, 22, of Old Pool Road, Biddeford, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia. 

4/29 at 6:29 p.m. Lynda J. Hinds, 51, of Wildwood Lane, Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Time for a new wardrobe

4/24 at 2:09 p.m. A tenant in a East Grand Avenue apartment building complained that a party unknown had poured bleach on all his clothes in a community laundry. No one is suspected in the chemical crime. 

Wanderin’ Bernie

4/26 at 4:30 a.m. A St. Bernard dog, seemingly escaped from his leash, was found at the Puffin Stop on Route 1. An animal control officer brought the dog to the Animal Refuge League in Westbrook after waiting one and a half hours to hear form the dog’s owner.

Expecting the worst

4/29 at 11:56 a.m. An officer saw what he believed to be a man kicking a woman out of a vehicle in an apparent domestic dispute. When he interviewed the couple, he found no fight and learned the man was simply waiting for the woman, who needed to take a walk.

4/24 at 10:14 p.m. Carbon monoxide alarm on Hidden Creek Drive.

4/25 at 5:46 p.m. Problem with wires, mulch, burn or smell on Payne Road.

4/26 at 6:39 p.m. Problem with wires, mulch, burn or smell on Ballantyne Drive.

4/28 at 10:44 p.m. Unpermitted burn on County Road.
