5/5 at 3:21 p.m. Andrew S. Copeland, 48, of U.S. Route 1, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Ian Theriault on charges of disorderly conduct and assault.

5/6 at 1:47 a.m. Peyton C. Pendleton, 21, of Labonte West Avenue, Saco, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Southgate Road by Officer Austin Clark on a charge of operating under the influence. 

5/8 at 8:59 p.m. Pamela M. Banks, 45, of Portland Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Black Point Road by Officer Peter Nappi on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

5/10 at 6:32 p.m. Michael R. Hubert, 56, of Washington Avenue, Saco, was arrested on Scarborough Downs Road by Officer Melissa DiClemente on charges of operating under the influence, violating conditions of release and operating with a suspended or revoked license.

5/11 at 1:22 p.m. Alex C. Paradis, 20, of Wiley Way, was arrested on Two Rod Road by Officer Michael Beeler on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and theft by unauthorized use of property.

5/5 at 9:10 a.m. Alex C. Paradis, 20, of Wiley Way, was issued a summons on Wiley Way by Officer Ian Theriault on charges of misuse of identification and theft by unauthorized taking.

5/5 at 7:26 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Scarborough, was issued a summons on Twilight Drive by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor.  

5/5 at 8:07 p.m. Michael A. Chipman, 56, of Maquoit Drive, Freeport, was issued a summons at U.S. Route 1 and Milliken Road by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

5/9 at 1:10 p.m. Jane Leblanc, 66, of Westbrook Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of failing to register a vehicle. 

5/11 at 6:57 p.m. Trevor D. Crommett, 30, of Libby Avenue, Gorham, was issued a summons at Pine Point Road and U.S. Route 1 by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

5/11 at 10:55 p.m. Allen G. Vaughan, 32, of Fogg Road, was issued a summons at Gorham Road and Wentworth Drive by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of failure to register a vehicle.

Second crime’s the charm

5/5 at 9:10 a.m. Alex C. Paradis, 20, of Wiley Way, allegedly stole one of his parents’ credit cards and charged a bill of up to $800 and was issued a summons for theft and misuse of ID. Two days later, Paradis allegedly stole a car parked in a driveway by his home and drove it to Biddeford, where he was arrested on theft charges.
