5/12 at 7:10 p.m. Jakob J. Phipps, 22, of Water Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Michael Beeler on a warrant.

5/8 at 7:19 p.m. Gwendolynn E. Randall, 20, of Preble Street, Gorham, and Rebecca F. Randall, 27, of Washington Avenue, Portland, were issued summonses on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Donald Laflin on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

5/9 at 10:56 a.m. Marcus G. McIntyre, 19, of High Street, Newport, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Robert Moore on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

5/9 at 6:10 p.m. Elizabeth J. Kaempf, 41, of Hudson, N.H., was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Donald Laflin on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. 

5/12 at 12:46 p.m. Deven Howard, 19, of History Lane, Hollis, and Christianna M. Landry, 27, of Haley Road, Hollis, were issued summonses on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Howard was also summonsed on a charge of violating bail conditions of release.

5/12 at 6:46 p.m. Elizabeth M. Scheetz, 36, of Saco Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on Saco Street by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
