5/3 at 3:23 p.m. Richard Ouellette, 19, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested at Wal-Mart by Officer Scott Vaughan on charges of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and violating bail conditions.

5/5 at 8:40 p.m. Christopher Giordano, 32, of Bethel, was arrested at Wal-Mart by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of violating bail conditions.

5/6 at 12:45 a.m. Brian Boivin, 23, of Waterboro, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/7 at 1:58 a.m. Jonathan Vaillancourt, 28, of Alfred, was arrested on County Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a warrant for another agency.

5/7 at 2:33 p.m. Michael Ambrose, 48, of Guelph, Ontario, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Glenn Tucker on a charge or operating after a license was suspended or revoked.

5/9 at 12:33 a.m. Nickole Lotti, 38, of Gorham Road, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Craig Hebert on charges of operating under the influence with one prior and operating a vehicle without a license.

5/9 at 2:28 a.m. Kate Melanson, 23, of Saco, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Melissa Savage on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/7 at 1:58 a.m. John Redlon, 31, of Hollis Center, was summonsed on County Road by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.

5/7 at 6:55 a.m. Michael Walton, 43, of Biddeford, was summonsed on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating after a license was suspended or revoked.

5/9 at 4:39 p.m. Broc Glover, 20, of Barley Lane, was summonsed on Payne Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of possession of a usable amount of marijuana and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

Jewelry theft

5/5 at 1:25 p.m. Police responded to a residence on Gorham Road where a caller reported a burglary. The resident allegedly returned home to find the side door open, and bedroom drawers open and pawed through. A large amount of jewelry, worth approximately $6,000, was reported missing. The side door reportedly did not have a deadbolt and could have been easily picked by a credit card. Police do not yet have any suspects.

Dyed and relaxed

5/5 at 5:46 p.m. Officers responded to a call from a Wal-Mart employee reporting a theft. The employee followed the alleged thief out of the building and provided the police with a description of her car. Jean Rivera, 26, of Bath, was arrested on charges of theft in the parking lot for stealing hair dye worth $9 and hair relaxer worth $5.

PBR in the vestibule

5/5 at 8:40 p.m. Police responded to Wal-Mart where a man was reportedly walking around the parking lot, looking into cars. The man allegedly tried to get into a car with a woman he did not know. When officers arrived, they located Christopher Giordano, 32, of Bethel, and arrested him on a charge of violation of bail conditions after Wal-Mart employees reported that they had kicked him out of the store for drinking out of a PBR can wrapped in a paper bag in the vestibule.

Paranoid for a reason

5/9 at 4:39 p.m. Police responded to the scene of a fender-bender where one person rear-ended a stopped vehicle at the intersection of Payne Road and Holmes Road. The man driving the vehicle that hit the stopped car was allegedly acting nervous and playing with a pouch in his pocket. When an officer asked him about it, Broc Glover, 21, of Scarborough, handed the officer the pouch, which allegesly held a colorful glass marijuana pipe. The officers then searched Glover’s vehicle and found 2 ounces of marijuana under the seat. Glover was charged with possession and use of drug paraphernalia.
