5/2 at 1:33 a.m. Sadie E. Ellis, 51, of Bramhall Street, Portland, was arrested on Griffin Road by Officer Brian Nappi on a charge of violating bail conditions of release.

5/2 at 11 a.m. Josephine Amato Lamonica, 25, of Bell Street, Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

5/2 at 8 p.m. Jacqueline S. Bevier, 23, of Main Street, South Portland, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Timothy Barker on a charge of driving to endanger.

5/3 at 9:19 p.m. James Richards, 53, of Portland, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Timothy Barker on a warrant.

5/4 at 4:17 p.m. Natasha L. Lamontagne, 18, of Ferry Road, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

5/5 at 1:22 p.m. Thomas C. Sargent, 37, of Middle Street, Saco, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating when a license was suspended or revoked and violating bail conditions of release.

5/5 at 10:28 p.m. Toby T. Zielinsky, 41, no address given, was arrested on County Road by Officer Glenn Tucker on charges of failure to register a vehicle and refusing to submit to arrest/detention by using physical force.

5/6 at 11:06 p.m. Sherri L. Sullivan, 47, of Essex Street, Bangor, was arrested on County Road by Officer Melissa Savage on a charge of operating under the influence.

5/8 at 12:14 p.m. Patrick Andrew Goodrich, 37, of Spring Road, West Newfield, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Garrett Strout on a charge of operating after a habitual offender revocation.

5/2 at 8:33 a.m. Phillip O’Brien, 18, of Labrador Lane, was issued a summons on Municipal Drive by Detective Francis Plourd on a charge of sale/use of drug paraphernalia.

5/2 at 10:22 a.m. Ryan M. Zoidis, 35, of Sheridan Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Ferry Road by Officer Peter Nappi on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

5/4 at 4:17 p.m. Jacqueline R. Bilbrey, 21, of Parkview Court, Biddeford, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

5/7 at 8:32 p.m. Albert J. Kelly, 59, of Autumn Brook Way, Gorham, was issued a summons on Southborough Drive by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

Blowing horns and smoke

5/2 at 8:33 a.m. After a bus full of students returning from the vocational school reportedly blew an air horn out of the bus windows, school officials and the school resource officer searched all the bags on the bus. One student, Phillip O’Brien, 18, of Scarborough, was allegedly found to have a small amount of marijuana and a glass pipe in his bag. He was issued a summons for use of drug paraphernalia.

Young gun

5/2 at 2:59 p.m. Police took a report that someone took a Tri-Star Viper youth shotgun out of an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway on Dresser Road. Police currently have no suspects in the theft.

Insistent shopper

5/4 at 11:16 a.m. Police were called to Hannaford Supermarket on the report of a woman refusing to leave the store. The woman had allegedly been served a criminal trespass warning previously and could not return to the store until June 8. She allegedly became argumentative and police had to remove her from the store. She was served another criminal trespass notice.
