5/3 at 10:23 a.m. Alexis Petty, 19, no address listed, of Windham, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Breagh Gomez on a charge of violating conditions of release.

5/3 at 4:22 p.m. Marcy M. Soule, 52, of Matthew Way, was arrested on Matthew Way by Officer Lydia Ruetty on a charge of misuse of the E-911 system.
