2/23 at 8:28 a.m. Fallon L. Richards, 32, of Scarborough, was arrested at Hannaford Drive and Gorham Road by Officer Michael Thurlow on outstanding warrants from other agencies and charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.
2/25 at 10:17 a.m. Steven E. Hubble, 29, of Holmes Road, was arrested on Holmes Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
2/26 at 1:37 a.m. Marc L. Williams, 44, of Hill Road, Lyman, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Michael Thurlow on outstanding warrants from other agencies.

2/24 at 1:55 p.m. Matthew S. Coburn, 25, of Old Orchard Road, Gorham, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
2/24 at 2:24 p.m. Deavawna K. Stokes, 20, of Pitts Street, South Portland, was issued a summons on Hannaford Drive by Officer Scott Vaughan on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking.
2/26 at 11:03 a.m. Lucas P. McKenna, 21, of Main Street, Shapleigh, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property.
2/27 at 7:13 p.m. Brady N. Dix, 18, of Dunnell Road, Buxton, was issued a summons on Broadturn Road by Officer Melissa DiClemente on a charge of operating with suspended registration.
2/28 at 9: 20 p.m. John J. Richardson, Jr., 29, of Dearborn Street, Westbrook, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.
