2/22 at 1:44 a.m. Adam Munson, 20, of Broadturn Road, was arrested by Officer Douglas Weed on a charge of assault.

2/23 at 2:24 p.m. Scott Woodman, 25, of Rochester, N.Y., was arrested by Officer Garrett Strout on charges of theft and violation of bail conditions.
