3/22 at 5:43 a.m. Adam D. Vinson, 31, of Dresser Road, was arrested on Dresser Road by Officer Melissa Savage on a charge of domestic violence assault.

3/23 at 2:15 a.m. John A. Jalbert, 41, of Waters Edge Road, Falmouth, was arrested on Pleasant Hill and Robinson roads by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of violating bail conditions of release.

3/25 at 6:24 p.m. Kelly J. Boyer, 48, of State Street, Portland, was arrested on East Grand Avenue by Officer Michael Beeler on charges of operating under the influence and operating when a license was suspended or revoked.

3/27 at 6:49 a.m. Ashley E. Morton, 21, of Morton Drive, Casco, was arrested on Flintlock Drive by Officer Brian Nappi on a warrant.

3/27 at 4:23 p.m. Mandi Letourneau, 26, of Raymond Road, Biddeford, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Timothy Barker on charges of assault of a police officer, obstructing government administration, refusing to submit to arrest/detention, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

3/27 at 4:23 p.m. Bradford W. Ferguson, 29, of Portland Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Timothy Barker on charges of refusing to submit to arrest/detention, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.

3/21 at 11:32 a.m. A 16-year-old was issued a summons on Route 1 by Detective Francis Plourd on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

3/23 at 8:20 p.m. A 17-year-old was issued a summons on Route 1 by Sgt. Steven Thibodeau on charges of failure to register a vehicle and failing to obtain a driver’s license.

3/26 at 11:08 a.m. A 17-year-old was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

3/26 at 11:47 p.m. Christopher Brian Stimpson, 36, of Tall Pines Road, was issued a summons on Tall Pines Road by Officer Brian Nappi on a charge of domestic violence assault.

3/27 at 10:51 a.m. Quoc B. Dang, 18, of Valley Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Payne Road by Officer Eric Lippincott on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Rough housing at the roadhouse

3/27 at 4:23 p.m. Police responded to the report of a fight at Texas Roadhouse. Officers attempted to separate two men fighting in the parking lot. One male allegedly refused to calm down. When the officer made physical contact with the man, he allegedly pushed the officer to the ground. Then a female involved in the fight allegedly began kicking the officer. When she was told she was under arrest, she allegedly ran away, was caught and then put into the police cruiser, where she allegedly broke the back window by kicking it. Mandi Letourneau, 26, of Biddeford, and Bradford W. Ferguson, 29, of Old Orchard Beach were transported to the Cumberland County Jail to face a variety of charges, including assault of a police officer, refusing to submit to arrest and criminal trespassing.
