3/21 at 1:07 a.m. Philip D. Caiazzo, 21, of Mosher Street, Gorham, was arrested on County Road by Officer Melissa DiClemente on charges of burglary, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and criminal mischief.

3/21 at 1:09 p.m. Lamanz A. Cooper, 24, of Clover Leaf Lane, was arrested on Holmes Road by Officer Michael Thurlow on charges of possession of marijuana, violating bail conditions of release and being a fugitive from justice for a crime committed in another state.

3/22 at 1:37 a.m. James D. Wright, 21, of Foxwell Drive, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Cody Lounder on a charge of violating bail conditions of release.

3/22 at 2:50 p.m. Rudger S. Ellis, 18, of Harrison Avenue, Gardiner, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Glenn Tucker on a charge of disorderly conduct.

3/24 at 12:09 a.m. Adam Emmons, 38, of Route 1, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Cody Lounder on a charge of domestic violence assault.

3/24 at 5:22 p.m. Amer H. Radi, 44, of Saco Street, Westbrook, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

3/24 at 9:38 p.m. Kevin P. Marcotte, 54, of Ocean Park Road, Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on charges of operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child.

3/25 at 9:58 p.m. Martin J. Flaherty II, 21, of Daniel Street, Gorham, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on charges of domestic violence assault and criminal trespass.

Summonses

3/20 at 9:14 a.m. A 16-year-old Scarborough girl was issued a summons on Municipal Drive by Officer Francis Plourde on a charge of possession of tobacco products by a minor.

3/20 at 9:10 p.m. Katrina L. Wright, 27, of McKinley Avenue, Westbrook, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Craig Hebert on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

3/21 at 1:09 p.m. Albert J. Russell, 28, of Mellen Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Holmes Road by Officer Michael Thurlow on a charge of sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

3/22 at 2:50 p.m. Alexander T. Whitmore, 18, of Vesta Court, Randolph, was issued a summons on Route 1 by Officer Glenn Tucker on charges of transportation of alcohol by a minor and sale or use of drug paraphernalia.

3/23 at 7:47 a.m. Kerry Anderson, 49, of Ward Street, was issued a summons on Gorham Road by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of driving to endanger.

3/23 at 10:34 p.m. Jill Burwell, 27, of State Street, Portland, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Old money

3/19 at 3:49 p.m. An employee from Sam’s Club called to report a counterfeit $100 bill because no security strips were visible when the bill was held up to the light. Police arrived and inspected the bill and saw that it was from the 1950s, before those security measurements were in place, and deemed the note legal tender.

Reckless driver seeks revenge

3/23 at 7:47 p.m. Officer Andrew Flynn pulled over a vehicle on Gorham Road after observing the car avoid a traffic light. After giving the driver, Kerry Anderson, 49, of Ward Street, a warning, Flynn watched as the driver whipped the car back into traffic, allegedly running over the officer’s foot in the process. Flynn pulled Anderson over again and gave him a summons for driving to endanger. Flynn was not injured.

I’ve been shot

3/23 at 10:07 a.m. A driver heard a noise that sounded like something hitting his car. He pulled over and saw a small dent on the driver’s side, and suspected his vehicle had been shot by a BB gun. He called police, but no one was found in the area.

3/24 at 5:07 p.m. Carbon monoxide alarm on Winding Way.
