3/15 at 1:37 p.m. Lisa Hews, 43, of Saco, was arrested by Officer Melissa Savage on a warrant arrest for another agency.

3/16 at 1:57 a.m. Thomas Manderson, 43, of Holmes Road, was arrested by Sgt. Thomas Chard on a charge of violating a protection order.

3/18 at 4:14 a.m. Sara Brown, 26, of Kennebunkport, was arrested by Sgt. Thomas Chard on charges of operating after a license was suspended or revoked, and violating the conditions of release.

3/19 at 12:13 p.m. Cynthia Buck, 52, of Hollis, was arrested by Officer Robert Moore on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/19 at 6:27 p.m. Harlan York, 26, of Buxton, was arrested by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of refusing to submit to arrest, refusing or failing to stop for an officer, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and violation of parole.

3/19 at 6:41 p.m. Linda Dipersio, 50, of Deerfield, N.H., was arrested by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of disorderly conduct.

3/20 at 2:18 a.m. Mitchell Rivard, 23, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested by Officer Andrew Flynn on a charge of operating after a license was suspended or revoked.

3/21 at 12:54 p.m. Dana Bartlett, 19, of Westbrook, was arrested by Officer Shawn Anastasoff on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Wal-Mart.

Summonses

3/19 at 8:39 p.m. Jennifer Fortier, 41, of Two Rod Road, was summonsed by Officer Timothy Dalton on a charge of allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor.

3/20 at 7:17 p.m. Jason Parmenter, 19, of Steep Falls, was summonsed by Officer Mary Pearson on a charge of illegal transportation of drugs by a minor.

Parking lot thief

3/16 at 12:05 p.m. A string of car burglaries began in the middle school parking lot, where a teacher’s purse with several gift cards and a camera valued at $345 were reportedly stolen. The thief then moved on to the Hannaford Supermarket parking lot and broke into a photographer’s car, allegedly stealing several cameras, lenses, an iPod and other electronics worth more than $4,500. Twelve minutes later, a purse was reportedly stolen from a car in a doctor’s office parking lot nearby. All cars were reported as locked at the time of the thefts, although no windows were broken and there were no signs of pry marks on the doors. No leads have yet been determined.

Duck and run

3/19 at 6:27 p.m. Police ran the plate number of a car on Gorham Road and discovered the registered owner had a warrant out for his arrest. The driver allegedly matched the description so police pulled the car over. Once stopped, the driver reportedly jumped out of the vehicle and took off running. A K-9 unit tracked Harlan York, 26, of Buxton, to Saco Street, where he was arrested. He was charged with resisting arrest, failing to stop for an officer, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and violation of parole.

Party house

3/19 at 8:39 p.m. Police allegedly broke up an underage drinking party with between 50 and 70 teenagers at Two Rod Road and summonsed the homeowner, Jennifer Fortier, 41, for providing a place for minors to consume alcohol. While most of the kids reportedly ran off when police arrived, a 16-year-old was charged with possession of liquor. Police noted that the surrounding area was littered with red plastic cups and empty beer cans.

Stealing blues

3/21 at 12:54 p.m. Two shoplifters were arrested in the Wal-Mart parking lot after a loss prevention employee allegedly saw them loading DVDs into a backpack and then exiting the store. Dana Bartlett, 19, of Westbrook, was reportedly found with $790 in Blue-Ray DVDs, and a 17-year-old, also from Westbrook, was reportedly found to have stolen an $8 Ozark knife.
