Arrests

3/13 at 9:52 a.m. Martin M. Lucrezua, 39, of Portland, was arrested on Powderhorn Drive by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of domestic violence assault. 

3/13 at 1:56 p.m. Jerrod Chase, 42, of Biddeford, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of operating under the influence. 

3/14 at 10:53 a.m. Susan A. Frazier, 50, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on Route 1 by Officer Travis Hon on charges of operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked. 

3/15 at 2:41 p.m. Chelsea A. Wyman, 26, of Clinton, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Breagh Gomez on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs. 

3/15 at 2:41 p.m. Scott A. Gordon, 47, of Clinton, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Breagh Gomez on a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drug. 

3/18 at 2:25 a.m. George A. Bigeni, 21, of Saco, was arrested on Chamberlain Road by Sgt. Timothy Barker on a charge of operating under the influence. 

Summonses

3/16 at 2:36 a.m. A 17-year-old male, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on East Grand Avenue by Officer Daniel Morrison on a charge of unlawful possession of liquor by a minor. 

3/16 at 5:28 p.m. Joseph Anthony Dibase, 24, of South Portland, was issued a summons on Pleasant Hill Road by Officer Michael Beeler for a charge of failure to register vehicle. 

3/18 at 4:36 p.m. Jonathan J. Payeur, 29, of Scarborough, was issued a summons on Mitchell Hill Road by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating vehicle when license is suspended or revoked. 

3/18 at 9:10 p.m. Ariana Burrell, 21, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Sarah Fasulo on a charge of operating after suspension.
