3/8 at 6:47 p.m. Kevin T. Duclos, 31, of Hopkins Hill Road, New Castle, was arrested on Haigis Parkway by Officer Travis Hon on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

3/9 at 10:10 p.m. Clark B. Stephens, 57, of East Oxford Street, Portland, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Municipal Drive by Officer Brian McNeice on charges of operating an unregistered vehicle for 150 days or more and violating conditions of release. 

3/11 at 3:39 p.m. Tyler R. Morton, 22, of Holly Street, was arrested on Payne Road by Officer Glenn Tucker on a charge of operating under the influence. 

3/11 at 4:26 p.m. Kim Diep, 45, of Berkshire Road, Portland, was arrested at Pine Point Road and Eastern Road Marsh by Officer Travis Hon on a charge of operating under the influence.

3/12 at 5:26 p.m. Michael E. Bisson, 40, of Broadturn Road, was arrested on Broadturn Road by Officer Thomas Chard on outstanding warrants from other agencies. 

3/13 at 1:44 a.m. Jovante M. Woods, 22, of Prospect Street, Westbrook, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Mary Pearson on an outstanding warrant from another agency. 

3/13 at 5:53 p.m. Tiffany M. Hollen, 27, of Ferry Road, Saco, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Michael Thurlow on charges of theft by unauthorized taking and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

3/13 at 5:53 p.m. Joseph R. Yahm III, 31, of Nichols Lane, Hollis Center, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Michael Beeler on a charge of criminal attempt to commit a Class D or E crime.
