3/4 at 11:55 p.m. Elizabeth A. Duecaster, 34, of Center Road, Searsport, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Isaiah Jones on charges of operating under the influence, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.

3/5 at 8:52 p.m. Lee Cwalina, 29, of N Street, Hampton, New Hampshire, was arrested at Stewart Drive and U.S. Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on charges of operating without a license and operating an unregistered vehicle for more than 150 days.

3/5 at 10:15 p.m. Michael E. Lane Jr., 29, of Saco Street, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Brian Nappi on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and operating after habitual offender license revocation.

3/7 at 5:52 a.m. David J. Liljengren, 28, of Devereaux Circle, South Portland, was arrested at U.S. Route 1 and Scarborough Downs Road by Officer Aaron Eckstein on a charge of operating without a license.

3/7 at 10:05 a.m. James P. Pelkey Jr., 50, no address listed, of Bangor, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Detective Michael Sawyer on outstanding warrants from another agency, and a charge of being a fugitive from justice.

3/7 at 8:08 p.m. Andrew G. Tremberth, 30, of County Road, Gorham, was arrested at County Road and Spring Street by Officer Jacob Murphy on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.

3/8 at 10:32 a.m. Ross A. Rainey, 27, no address listed, of Portland, was arrested on Gallery Boulevard by Officer Breagh MacAuley on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
