2/22 at 5:10 a.m. Jesse P. Anderson, 27, of Vermont Street, Brooklyn, New York, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Brian Nappi on a probation violation and a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

2/23 at 2:46 a.m. Adam E. Woodfin, 33, of Exchange Street, Portland, was arrested on King Street by Officer Ian Theriault on a charge of operating under the influence.

2/24 at 3:24 p.m. Chelsea L. DiPietro, 29, of North Street, Portland, was arrested at Black Point and Fogg roads by Officer Brian Nappi on an outstanding warrant from another agency.

2/18 at 5:44 p.m. Karl E. Millard, 30, of Bean Street, Hollis, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Benjamin Landry on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license.

2/20 at 6:10 a.m. Andrew M. Wilcox, 29, of Roosevelt Trail, Windham, was issued a summons on County Road by Sgt. Donald Laflin on charges of charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license and operating an unregistered vehicle for more than 150 days.

2/23 at 9:13 p.m. A 14-year-old female, of Scarborough, was issued a summons on Municipal Drive by Officer Sarah Fasulo on a charge of operating without a license.
